Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so at your own expense, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements. Please ensure that the item(s) are returned in the same condition as they were received, with all original packaging intact and any tags or labels still attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team within the applicable return period to request a return authorization.

Ensure the item(s) are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any complimentary items.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.

Include your order number or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if provided) inside the package.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, color, or product selection.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item(s) only and do not include the original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on the part of Crafty Malvar.
