Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Crafty Malvar. We appreciate your trust in our products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date your order is delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

For all other reasons, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered

• Incorrect color or variant selected

• Ordering the wrong item

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except when they are damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent due to our error:

• Personalized or customized items

• Ref Plaster Name Set (custom name orders)

• Clearance or sale items

• Swimsuits and bikinis (for hygiene reasons)

• Any other items identified as non-returnable in the product listing due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions

Magnetic Mini Canvas Paint Set may be returned only if:

• The packaging has not been opened.

• All paint containers remain factory sealed.

• The complete kit is unused and in its original packaging with all included components.

Opened, used, or incomplete Magnetic Mini Canvas Paint Sets are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent by Crafty Malvar.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

• Have all original tags attached, if applicable.

• Include all accessories, inserts, and any complimentary items originally included with the order.

• For Magnetic Mini Canvas Paint Sets, the packaging must remain unopened and all paint containers must be factory sealed.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Request & Return Timeframes

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Once your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the approval date unless otherwise instructed.

• Returns received after the 30-day return window may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number along with a description of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4. Ship the approved return within 30 days of receiving the return authorization.

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 2–5 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Crafty Malvar.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Crafty Malvar will cover the cost of return shipping.

• For all other approved returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
